Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes, subject to Consent Notice 7790971.1 and together with the right of way created by Deed of Covenant 35631, and the easements created by Transfers 19993, 64961, 31056, Easement Instruments 5882705.17, 7630321.9, 8913714.8 and 10984205.3 and shall vest in the Hawke’s Bay Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
