Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Cade Couch, Land Information New Zealand, declares that

1. pursuant to section 114 of the said Act the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is declared road and remains vested in the Porirua City Council; and
2. pursuant to section 116 and 117(7) of the said Act the road described in the Second Schedule is stopped and added to the land in Record of Title 798030

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
