Pursuant to section 55(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Cade Couch, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the description in the schedule of the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 November 2024, Notice No. 2024-ln5663 is hereby amended by deleting reference to

“Lot 2 DP 513404 shown as Section 1 SO 608484 (part Record of Title 793240)”

and replacing it with

“Lot 2 DP 513404 shown as Section 2 SO 608484 (part Record of Title 793240)”
