Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Martin Carter, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:

1. pursuant to section 114, the land in the First Schedule is declared road, and shall vest in the Buller District Council
2. pursuant to section 116, the road in the Second Schedule being stopped and, pursuant to sections 117(3)(a) and 120(3), vested and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NL26/223
3. pursuant to section 116, the road in the Third Schedule being stopped and, pursuant to sections 117(3)(a) and 120(3), vested and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NL26/278
4. pursuant to section 116, the road in the Fourth Schedule being stopped and, pursuant to section 117(3)(a) and 120(3), vested and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NL5D/668

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
