Change of Classification of Reserve in the District of Waitaki

Pursuant to section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977, the Waitaki District Council changes the classification of the portion of reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to a Local Purpose (Community Buildings) Reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
