Pursuant to section 116(1), 117(7) and 120(3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the schedule to this notice to be stopped and once stopped, pursuant to section 117(7) of the Public Works Act 1981 declared to be a local purpose (utility) reserve and added to the land held in Record of Title 341594.
