Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be Road and shall vest in Whanganui District Council,

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of Road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and

  1. pursuant to section 120(3), the land firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title WN495/154 subject to Mortgage 12284128.1
  2. pursuant to section 120(3), the land secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title WN124/153 subject to Mortgage 11045247.1
  3. pursuant to section 120(3), the land thirdly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 287167 subject to Mortgage 12284102.1
  4. pursuant to section 120(3), the land fourthly and fifthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title WN184/79 subject to Mortgage 7939320.2

(c) Pursuant to section 119 declares the portion of land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance and

  1. pursuant to section 120(3), the land firstly and secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title WN184/79 subject to Mortgage 7939320.2
  2. pursuant to section 120(3), the land thirdly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 287167 subject to Mortgage 12284102.1
  3. pursuant to section 120(3), the land fourthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title WN495/154 subject to Mortgage 12284128.1

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
