Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Martin Carter, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117(3)(b) and 120(3) of the Act, vested and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 533102 subject to Mortgage 8662537.1 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
