Land Declared Road—Manion Road, Weedons, Selwyn District
Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Tyler Matthews, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land in the Schedule to this notice to be road and shall remain vested in the Crown with control and maintenance to vest in Selwyn District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
