Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Olivia Mazey, Land Information New Zealand, pursuant to sections 116, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped, and pursuant to section 117(3)(b) shall be amalgamated with the land comprised in Computer Freehold Register SL168/247.
