Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Rebekah McCrae, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the First, Second and Third Schedules to this notice to be stopped, and pursuant to sections 117 and 120(3) of the Public Works Act 1981:

1. the area described in the First Schedule amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NA99C/806;
2. the area described in the Second Schedule amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NA54D/601; and
3. the area described in the Third Schedule amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NA49A/1275;

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
