Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Martin Carter, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for water reservoir purposes subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and subject to Notices 885628, 5422719.1 and 8845353.1 and subject to Consent Notices 12883399.7, 11793550.2 and 12979719.9 and Gazette Notice 5041484.1 and subject to a Land Covenants in Easement Instrument 6749942.2 and Covenant Instrument 11856489.1 and a Fencing Covenant in Deed 12883399.13 and together with a right to convey water created by Easement Instrument 11793550.4 and together with a right of way, a right to convey water, electricity and telecommunications and a right to drain sewage and water created by Easement Instrument 12883399.8, and shall vest in Queenstown-Lakes District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
