Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981,and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Tyler Matthews, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 21 September 2005, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 October 2005, No. 172, page 4327, by deleting the operative parts marked (a) and (b); and the First and Second Schedules in that notice and replacing them with the operative parts marked (a), (b) and (c); and the First, Second and Third Schedules to this notice.

1. Pursuant to section 114 of the Act, declares the land in the First Schedule to be road vested in the Gisborne District Council; and
2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road in the Second Schedule to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 27480 subject to Mortgage 12124444.3; and
3. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road in the Third Schedule to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 27481 subject to Mortgage 12395306.3.
