Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve
Pursuant to section 35 of the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the undersigned, hereby revokes the appointment of Te Runanga o Ngāti Kuia Charitable Trust to control and manage the reserve described in the schedule below.
