Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister for Land Information hereby amends the notice signed 22 August 2024 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 August 2024, Notice No. 2024-ln4315, by deleting the words:

“The Land and the Lease Land are located at 18 Heatherlea East Road, Levin.”

and replacing them with the words:

“The Land and the Lease Land are located at 28 Heatherlea East Road, Levin.”
