Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister for Land Information hereby amends the notice signed 29 August 2024 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 September 2024, Notice No. 2024-ln4643, by deleting the words:

“The Land and the Lease Land are located at 264 State Highway 1, RD 3, Ōtaki.”

and replacing them with the words:

“The Land and the Lease Land adjoin 264 State Highway 1, RD 3, Ōtaki.”
