Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Operations Manager, Department of Conservation, Kapiti Wellington District, revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule, with the effect that the land is now Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.
