Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act, 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Napier City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette and further pursuant to section 119 of the Public Works Act 1981, declares that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto shall be taken for severance and vested in the Napier City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
