Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Nina Weir, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road;
2. Pursuant to section 116 declares the portions of road described in the First and Second Schedules to this notice to be stopped;

and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
