Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Rebekah McCrae, Land Information New Zealand, pursuant to sections 116 and 52, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice road to be stopped and set apart for use in connection with a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
