In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Palmerston North City Council gives notice that, pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977:

1. the classification of the reserve described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby changed from Local Purpose Reserve (renewable electricity generation and electricity transmission, water supply and protection of indigenous flora and fauna) to Local Purpose Reserve (renewable electricity generation and electricity transmission, and protection of indigenous flora and fauna); and
2. the classification of the reserve described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby changed from Water Supply Reserve to Local Purpose Reserve (renewable electricity generation and electricity transmission, and protection of indigenous flora and fauna)

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
