Pursuant to section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Far North District Council, pursuant to a resolution passed at its meeting of 11 December 2023, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule, as an historic reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
