Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Far North District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 11 December 2023, declares the land described in the Schedule, to be an historic reserve, deemed to be classified under section 16(2) of the Reserves Act 1977.
