Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Manawatu District Council;
2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land described as Section 6 Survey Office Plan 597536 in the names of Trevor John McTavish and William James Duncan as Registered Owners; and
3. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land described as Section 5 Survey Office Plan 597536, Part Lot 55 Deposited Plan 517 and Lot 3 Deposited Plan 585583 in the names of Trevor John McTavish and William James Duncan as Registered Owners,

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
