Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Susie Alvarez, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for water treatment purposes subject to section 5 of the Coal Mines Act 1979 and section 8 of the Mining Act 1971 and subject to Notice 12880251.1 and shall vest in Mackenzie District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
