Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Rebekah Chawner McCrae, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

1. Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in Crown and;
2. Pursuant to section 116, the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117 and 120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NL28/156 subject to Mortgages 8902656.3 and 8902656.4

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
