Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Cade Couch, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for a wastewater pump station and shall vest in Watercare Services Limited, subject to Gazette Notice 376177.1 declaring the adjoining State highway a limited access road on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
