Pursuant to sections 116 and 117(3)(b) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3):

1. Section 1 SO 595707 shall be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NA1590/58, and
2. Section 2 SO 595707 shall be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NA126/269;

on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
