Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Deepal Chand, Land Information New Zealand, declares, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for the purposes of Local Purpose (Community Use) Reserve and shall vest in the Western Bay of Plenty District Council, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part 4A of the Conservation Act 1981, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
