Pursuant to section 30 of the Corrections Act 2004, the Minister of Corrections gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title

This notice is the Corrections (Humber Street, Oamaru, Community Work Centre) Notice 2024.

2. Commencement

This notice takes effect from 18 April 2024.

3. 30 Humber Street (also known as 10 Wear Street), Oamaru, Community Work Centre

The land and buildings described in the Schedule is declared to be a community work centre to be known as the Humber Street, Oamaru, Community Work Centre.

4. Revocation

The Corrections (Community Work Centre (Coquet Street (Oamaru)) Notice 2001 as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 31 May 2001, No. 55, page 1264 is revoked.

Humber Street, Oamaru, Community Work Centre

All that parcel of land in the Otago Land District containing 1816 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3 DP 558744 and Lot 2 DP 454009, being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title No. 981952.
