Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road;
2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117(7) declares the portions of road described in the First and Second Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 1064406;
3. Pursuant to section 116 declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 52(1), shall be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip);

and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
