Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Sophie Watkins Goossens, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to sections 116 and 52, declares the portions of road described in the First Schedule to this notice, located in Hamilton City, to be stopped and set apart for use in connection with a road (segregation strip) and remain vested in the Crown; and
2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 52, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice, located in Waikato District, to be stopped and set apart for use in connection with a road (segregation strip) and remain vested in the Crown; and

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
