Declaration That Land is a Local Purpose (Public Cemetery) Reserve
Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Westland District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 23 November 2023, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be a local purpose (public cemetery) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and pursuant to section 16(2) is deemed to be classified for that purpose within the meaning of the Act.
