In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 September 2014, No. 114, page 3243, alter the heading to ‘Notice of Altered Geographic Names and a Discontinued Crown Protected Area Name for the Tūhoe Claims Settlement Act 2014 and Te Urewera Act 2014’

and replace

“The official geographic names and discontinued CPA name took effect on 25 August 2014, being the settlement date of the Te Urewera Act 2014 and the Settlement Act 2014.”

with

“The official geographic names took effect on 25 August 2014, being the settlement date specified in the Settlement Act 2014. The discontinued CPA name took effect on 22 September 2014, being the settlement date specified in the Te Urewera Act 2014.”
