In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 August 2014, No. 89, page 2517 and noting the corrigendum published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 August 2014, No. 96, page 2735, replace the first four paragraphs of the preamble with

“Pursuant to sections 111 and 115–116 of the Ngāti Apa ki te Rā Tō, Ngāti Kuia, and Rangitāne o Wairau Claims Settlement Act 2014, sections 133 and 142–143 of the Ngāti Kōata, Ngāti Rārua, Ngāti Tama ki Te Tau Ihu, and Te Ātiawa o Te Waka-a Māui Claims Settlement Act 2014 and sections 98 and 101–102 of the Ngati Toa Rangatira Claims Settlement Act 2014 (“Settlement Acts 2014”), the New Zealand Geographic Board Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa (“Board”) hereby gives notice of 23 new and 56 altered geographic names, and five discontinued Crown Protected Area (CPA) names.

Schedule 1 below specifies the details of the 23 new geographic names; their geographic feature types and their descriptions.

Schedule 2 below specifies the details of the 56 altered geographic names; their geographic feature types; their descriptions; and their former names.

Schedule 3 below specifies the details of the five discontinued CPA names; their generic terms; their descriptions; and their former New Zealand Gazettes.”

and in Schedule 3, delete the whole row for Picton Recreation Reserve.
