In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 November 2008, No. 177, page 4620, insert the following sentence at the end of the fourth paragraph before Schedule 1

“Pursuant to section 84 of Te Roroa Claims Settlement Act 2008, the Board may in the future agree to alter any of the official place names listed in the Schedules, or their locations, with the written consent of the trustees of the Manawhenua Trust.”
