in the preamble, replace

“The Schedule below specifies the details of the discontinued CPA names; their generic terms; descriptions; and former names, which took effect on 1 August 2012, being the date the Settlement Act 2012 came into effect.”

with

“The Schedule below specifies the details of the discontinued CPA names; their generic terms; descriptions; and former names, which took effect on 29 August 2012, being the settlement date specified in the Settlement Act 2012, excluding Matawhero Wildlife Reserve Depot which was discontinued on 10 September 2012, being the date the easement in gross under section 49(3) of the Settlement Act 2012 was registered on Title.”
