Gazette.govt.nzPursuant to sections 70 and 112 of the Ngati Toa Rangatira Claims Settlement Act 2014 (“Settlement Act 2014”), the New Zealand Geographic Board Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa (“Board”) hereby gives notice of two new official Crown protected area (“CPA”) names.
The Schedule below specifies the details of the new official CPA names. The new official CPA names took effect on 1 August 2014, being the settlement date specified in the Settlement Act 2014.
