Pursuant to section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Wellington City Council, following a resolution dated 29 June 2023, hereby gives notice that the reserve described in the Schedule to this notice is classified Scenic Reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
