Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Southland District Council, and pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981 that the portions of Road described in the Second Schedule to this notice shall be stopped, and once stopped, shall be declared to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 and be incorporated into Pastoral Lease P.35, comprised in record of title SL201/179, by way of exchange, and shall be subject to all existing terms, conditions, interests and encumbrances entered against the said lease, pursuant to sections 117 and 120 of the Public Works Act 1981.
