Pursuant to section 119(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Sophie Watkins Goossens, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance subject to a right (in gross) to convey electricity over part marked A, B, C and D on DP 546068 in favour of Orion New Zealand Limited created by Easement Instrument 11976522.3 and shall vest in the Crown, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
