Notice of Direction for the Disposition of the Surplus Asset of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution on 9 August 2013 of the above-named incorporated society, its surplus asset, being:

An estate in fee simple in all the land containing 4446 metres square more or less being Lot 1–2 Deposited Plan 13235 comprised in Certificate of Title CB504/224 (Canterbury Land Registration District), be vested in HAMPSTEAD RUGBY & ALL SPORTS CLUB INCORPORATED (219972) an incorporated society under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

This direction shall become final on 14 December 2024. No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
