Pursuant to the Commodity Levies (Pāua) Amendment Order 2022 (“Order”) and the Constitution of the Paua Industry Council Limited (“PICL”), PICL hereby gives notice that:

1. The Total Levy Rates listed in column 4 of the Schedule below are the rates of levy on paua required to be notified in terms of clauses 12 and 13 of the Order, for the Levy Year 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2025 (inclusive); and
2. The Core Services Levy Rates, the Stock Specific Levy Rates and the Total Levy Rates in columns 2, 3 and 4 of the Schedule are the rates required to be notified in terms of clause 6.1 of the Fifth Schedule to PICL’s Constitution for the Levy Year 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2025 (inclusive).
