Pursuant to the Commerce Act (Specified Airport Services Information Disclosure) Determination 2010, as amended (“Determination”), Wellington International Airport Limited (“company”), made under section 52P of the Commerce Act 1986, gives notice that from 30 August 2024:

1. information will be disclosed by the company, pursuant to clauses 2.3 and 2.4 of the Determination in respect of the financial year ending 31 March 2024 (“disclosure”);
