In the notice with the above title, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 July 2024, Notice No. 2024-gs3105, replace:

“This notice is given pursuant to sections 11 and 12 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 (“HPCA Act”) and comes into effect on 4 July 2024”.

With:

“This notice is given pursuant to section 14 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 (“HPCA Act”), replaces the Chinese Medicine Council (Scopes of Practice and Prescribed Qualifications) Notice 2023 published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 April 2023, Notice No. 2023-sl1566, and comes into effect on 16 August 2024”.
