In the notice with the above title, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 December 2023, Notice No. 2023-gs5960, replace:

“The Board agreed to suspend charging the disciplinary levy for the 2023/2024 APC year and will re-evaluate this decision for the subsequent APC year.”

With:

“The Board agreed to suspend charging the disciplinary levy for the 2024/2025 APC year and will re-evaluate this decision for the subsequent APC year.”

Replace:

“In November 2022, the Board published a consultation document, outlining the reasons for a proposed change to the disciplinary levy and sought feedback.”

With:

“In September 2023, the Board published a consultation document, outlining the reasons for a proposed change to the disciplinary levy and sought feedback.”
