Appointment of Compulsory Care Co-ordinators Under the Intellectual Disability (Compulsory Care and Rehabilitation) Act 2003

Under section 140 of the Intellectual Disability (Compulsory Care and Rehabilitation) Act 2003, I appoint the following persons as Compulsory Care Co-ordinators for the named geographical and operational regions listed below.

For the Northern region, being the geographical area including Auckland and Northland:

  • Serita Lau’ese-Blaney
  • Derf dela Rama;

For the Midland region, being the geographical area including Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Taranaki, and Tairāwhiti:

  • Michelle Cameron;

For the Central region, being the geographical area including the lower North Island:

  • Gregory Sayer;

For the Southern region, being the geographical area including the South Island:

  • Sean Berrill
  • Lynette Stenning;

For the Northern, Midland, Central, and Southern regions:

  • Elisabeth (Lizette) Huitema
  • Raymond Williamson.

I revoke the appointment of the following persons as Compulsory Care Co-ordinators for the named geographical and operational areas listed below.

For the Midland region:

  • Dean Silva;

For the Central region:

  • Thomas Manoj John.

These appointments take effect on 5 March 2024 and end on 5 March 2027.

The revocation of appointments takes effect on 5 March 2024.
