Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the notice “Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Hokitika Primary School (3376) Board” (“Board”), (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 June 2023, Notice No. 2023-go2446), and the amendment (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 11 August 2023, Notice No. 2023-go3603).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
