Pursuant to section 87Q(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 21 November 2023, I hereby give notice that I have varied the terms of the Open Aviation Market Licence issued to Air Chathams Ltd. to incorporate the expiry date of 31 August 2028 and remove the capacity measures that were incorporated in 2020 in response to COVID-19.

The variations became effective on the date of signature of this notice.
