Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and section 54 of the New Zealand Superannuation and Retirement Income Act 2001, I, the Right Honourable Dame Cindy Kiro, gnzm, qso, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby:

• reappoint Chair John Michael Williamson to the Guardians of New Zealand Superannuation Board for a further one year following his term end at 30 September 2025 up to 30 September 2026.
• appoint Susan (Sue) Brake as a member of the Guardians of New Zealand Superannuation Board for a term commencing on 9 December 2024 and ending on 30 September 2029.
